Benton / School Project

Good evening Mr. and Mrs. Williams,

I wanted to say thank you to the both of you, and all of your employees for the time, money and hard work you are all putting in to help our city out with the projects surrounding the new roadway and the attempt to place our subdivisions in a better spot that will allow our children to get a better education. My wife and I purchased a home in Lakeshore about a year ago, and rented from you for almost 2 years before that in Newport - and could not be happier with who I purchased from. This project you have taken on is why Fred Williams Homes is able to be such a strong presence in the housing market, and based on the attendance at the meeting this evening, I think it would be safe to say there are many people that agree with me.

While my wife and I don't yet have any children, we are expecting a little girl in the beginning of October, so this entire proposal is becoming more important to us on an increasing number of levels. Since you and your company are putting in so much effort, pretty much out of the kindness of your hearts, I would like to offer any help or services I can provide in my free time as a volunteer to assist you in accomplishing these goals.
