Lori Ann Aleff
A native of Savannah, Lori has extensive knowledge of the area's growing market. Her efficiency and dedication to her clients help make purchasing a home easy and fun! This same professionalism and dedication allowed her to be accepted into the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Board of Realtors for 2008. Lori has also received her CSP(certified new home sales professional), IRM III and IRM IV certifications. When it comes to buying and selling, Lori is sure to take care of all details and her enthusiasm shines through.

Connie Gallo
A life-long resident to the Coastal Empire, Connie brings years of experience in new home sales and first hand knowledge of the area's growing market to her buyers. She will be selling on-site at all five Fred Williams Homebuilders, Inc communities.
After obtaining a degree in Liberal Arts, Connie went on to attain her real estate license in 2002. Connie has had extensive training in Marketing, New Home Sales and Accredited Buyer Representation and was recognized by the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors in 2006 and 2007.

Andrew Hart
After his obtaining Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from Georgia Southern University in 2005, Andrew went on to obtain his real estate license in 2007. Andrew's passion for the industry has led him to gain numerous awards and recognition including the Savannah Homebuilder Association 2007 Summit Award Rookie of the Year and Gold Citation for achieving over 5 million in sales.
"My wife and I recently closed on our first home," states Andrew. "I know firsthand how rewarding it is to own a home and make it your own!" Andrew will be selling on-site in all five Fred Williams' communities.

Eva Johnson
Eva is an Associate Broker and has been awarded Salesperson of the Year two years in a row by the Homebuilders Association of Greater Savannah. Eva has been with Fred Williams Homebuilder, Inc. since 2004 and has been instrumental in helping to sell out several Fred Williams communities. Having lived in California for many years, Eva's background is very culturally diverse. Her genuine interest in others needs and desires, along with her knowledge of today's real estate market make her the ideal consultant to assist buyers in their dreams of acquiring a special place to call home.

Marian Lancaster
Marian is a native of Savannah and attended Armstrong Atlantic University. She moved to Navarre Beach, Florida where she started her own real estate brokerage. In 2001, Marian returned to Georgia and started building relationships and strong ties within the community. She is very active in the Effingham County area where she continues to assist buyers and their agents in locating the perfect home to suit their needs. She is very efficient and gives quality time and professionalism to help make her client's transaction run smooth and easy. Rebecca Lingle
A native of Savannah, Rebecca brings experience in both resale and new home sales with extensive knowledge of the area's growing market to share with her buyers.
Rebecca is a 2003 graduate of Berry College and a 1999 graduate of South Effingham High School. Her degree in Public Relations led her to serve as the Director of Communications for Food for the Hungry during her year long mission work in Costa Rica. After a year of wonderful experiences working with families in Central and South America, Rebecca was excited to return home to Savannah, where she earned her Real Estate license. Rebecca loves matching customers with homes because it combines the need for great marketing and technology skills with the desire to connect with people in a real and personal way.

Lorenzo McDonald
In 2001 Lorenzo's career began with Fred Williams Homebuilder, Inc. selling new homes in Pooler and Richmond Hill. His passion for real estate and dedication to costumer service has awarded him several notable achievements. In 2004-2005 "Salesmen of The Year" Fred Williams Homebuilder, April 2006 (20) Signed Contracts and 2007 SABOR Distinguished Sales Society. Lorenzo believes "caring" is the first step in solving the needs of customers. Despite his success, he does not consider himself a good salesperson, but someone who cares about solving problems. Lorenzo is a Licensed Agent and Certified New Home Sales Professional. Also, he is a member of SABOR, GAR, and NAHB.
